reason that the supposed "accidental" releases by DOJ of identifying info of survivors that heretofore hadn't been named was for the purpose of allowing them to be targeted by the men who sexually abused them. Big shots aren't going to remember the names of people they consider as "nothing" so years later they might only remember a face or range of calendar dates etc. so when they go to concoct their alibi/attack they can give look at that "accidentally released" info and say to their private investigators "Yes she looks familiar it might have been her" or they could say "Yes my travel records show I could have been there during those dates" and then the attack can be accelerated and the concocted alibi constructed.

In other words there are people in the DOJ process who likely took money etc. or are otherwise perhaps "promised things". Perhaps once they leave DOJ they get hired for a huge amount at a law firm connected to the big shot in some way for example.
