Yesterday

Iran was on the list of "7 countries" that Wes Clark revealed after 9/11 twenty five years ago. Long before deglobalization started. Iran was the country in that region that the USA had the least influence over and was the biggest supporter of militias that threatened and attacked Israel for decades.

The increase in oil prices benefits Canada and Russia since their production is unaffected. It hurts China but that was not the goal.
