I saw this the last time I voted. You have to be in line when the polls close. They have a poll worker waiting at the back of the line and cut it off at 7pm. Everyone in line can vote.

I haven't heard that. Some places generate lines. They just let everyone in line vote as the polls close. Melon Tuesday #4
