14. Correct - Texas GOP gerrymandered both her

Yesterday

and Al Green. Al Green decided to run for the 18th and now will face Christian Menefee in a run-off. I need to read about Menefee. I know he got the Chron's endorsement (and they focus on moderate candidates for the most part for electability).

I'm in the 9th (Al Green's current seat which they gerrymandered) ... which will be fought out this fall. Leticia Gutierrez won on the democratic side, while Alex Mealer and Briscoe Cain advanced to a runoff on the other side. The ninth had been a safe dem district. We'll see what happens this fall.
