and he will get teh majority of the black votes.
I think that comparing numbers of texans who wont vote for a black woman as opposed to numbers of black texans that wont vote for anyone besides jasmine,the number who wont vote for a black woman is much higher.

and if you look at the votes by county talarico did much better than crockett in heh very heavily hispanic counties along teh rio grande.
he won a lot of them by over 2-1.
