I don’t know why this would go to the Justice Dept.; or if this is what might have happened: Ohio now requires that your DOB, SS#, and Driver’s Lic.# must match your DMV Record/Voter Record. If any of these 3 things differ between the 2 records you can go to your BOE and correct it. I believe you have 15 days prior to the May 5 primary. Otherwise you will have to vote a provisional ballot.I work part time at an Ohio county BOE and train poll workers. It’s called a mismatch and will be flagged when you go to vote. I’d start with your BOE.
