must be reformed from top down and bottom up. It is like a cancer that has taken over within and spread and grown throughout it’s structure. It will continue to produce death and misery until that happens.

The way this man was allowed to die must have been horrible. I am sure I would be praying to die had I been left with a painful infection that way.
