This sounds fishy to me. Let's see:

1. The military mortuary at Dover AFB, Delaware, is advertising to immediately hire several "personal effects processors," I assume to process the personal effects of a LOT of dead troops.
2. Commanders are telling their units "Never fear, God is watching over you."

Preparations to deploy troops -- a lot of them -- count on it.
