53. If people can vote in any precinct they choose, how would they know how many voting machines and workers they need?

Also, how do people vote for their local offices and millages if they are voting in a precinct on the other side of the county from where they live?

We don't do that in my state, as people are assigned a precinct and must vote there. In fact, in my area, two precincts use the same location and must go in two different doors. If you get in the wrong line, they make you get in the right one.
