Handwringing about 6 American combatants being killed is mandatory. Mourning the deaths of over 100 school children is not part of the warrior ethos. Concern is neatly avoided by citing the inevitability of "collateral damage." The double tap might offer a clue as to which side of the good/evil contest Americans have chosen.
