I think his world is really, really small.

Watch tv, scroll social media, check stock market. Talk to a handful of "advisors" and bark out some decisions. Go back to tv, fixate on something someone said to him 6 months ago, go back to social media...

It wouldn't occur to a narcissist to change their routines, whether they're working at a restaurant or running an entire country
