4. They are shipping it. But the quantity is low. US has plenty of oil. It's the global markets.

We are all tired together. US only gets 5% of our oil from the Middle East.
Venezuela is small producer right now. 1MM barrels a day. Chevron has already tripled their output put in Venezuela from 100,000 barrels a day to 300,000. It doesn’t matter. Oil globally is skyrocketing. If you can pump in Saudi but not ship, wells can get capped.
