I had no idea it was capable of destroying bone, although I knew about the soft tissue changes.

If Russian crooks are peddling these things, you can bet a lot of them are now out there.

It doesn't seem that they've refined it enough to be able to aim it precisely. I'm sure there are some sickos in our own MIC who will accomplish that part.
