Sure, he was told to use such depravity to justify what Israel and US are doing but on a personal level I truly believe he's fantasizing about being able to do some incredibly depraved things himself. I think someday we'll find he's already done much worse but his buddy Epstein isn't buying victims for him any more. Now he has to get his jollies by proxy.
