How in the hell can Trump alter anything to do with the student loans when Biden was not legally allowed to?

A) When are the lawyers going to file to stop Trump from forcing everybody out of Paye & Repaye (reactivated since SAVE has been invalidated by the judge) and,
B) Stop Trump from forcing his 2 new unlawful IDR plans on people?!
