In reply to the discussion: Where are the former Presidents? [View all]Biden is old and recovering from cancer, Clinton appears to not be in the best of health (he's had heart operations, his hands shake, and his voice is much softer and off-toned), and Bush doesn't give a shit about politics. Obama does speak out sometimes, but he is extremely dignified about it.
