No declaration of war, no “enemy” to aid.

And numerous others who gave classified information to other countries.

And that is without the protection of the immunity ruling.

Of course, a courageous congress could impeach and remove him for any reason, since the courts have no jurisdiction, and the right of due process does not apply to impeachment.
