6. I feel that the only think that will stop boots on the ground is CONGRESS (but that will be after the fact, i'm afraid)

Thing is we ALL know THIS congress won't do it! So i guess it's up to TSF to kill hundreds or thousands of our troops. Hell, maybe a full scale war could develop?
