Blames the West for not allowing it, even though the Taiwanese themselves have zero interest in being a part of China. Piker hints the U.S. might be too distracted by Iran at the moment to prevent it.

This was Putin's logic in the Ukraine, for those playing at home. Just a peaceful reunification of Russian territory that the evil West wasn't happy about.
