That's incorrect. She's suing HIM for $1 billion, and the whole point is to stop publication of the latest book.

After that lawsuit, Michael Wolff had no choice but to counter-sue HER for $1 billion, because he can't afford to lose the case and pay her. But mainly he doesn't want the money, he wants to publish his book. This has all been posted in DU.... I read it all here back in the fall months, maybe it was October or November.

These back-and-forth lawsuits have already happened, and Michael Wolff is waiting to go to court. He has the proof. She won't go to court because she and her lawyers (who are also Chump's lawyers) know that whenever they do - Wolff will win. This is all bluster and they are delaying the book - that's all it is.
