Why Iran will probably not negotiate with Trump. [View all]

He tore up the JCPOA, which imposed restrictions on Iran’s civilian nuclear enrichment program in exchange for sanctions relief. It was agreed to by Iran, China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, and the European Union.

Then, while Iran and the United States were actually in negotiations for another nuclear agreement, Trump unexpectedly launched his decapitation bombing strike.

Is it unreasonable to expect Iran not to trust the U. S.?
