This is not looking good. He is apologizing to his wife - so it appears that something happened.
Even if he wants to say these were consensual - Uhm No. When you are in a position of power - This is not OK.
As much as I love Bill Clinton, he was wrong for taking advantage of Monica Lewinsky. Same here.
We need to stop making this OK. Sure we need more evidence to know if a crime was committed, but lets not blame the women for men's bad behavior.
