4. To me the worst lies are those that are used against others

For example, when you intentionally lie about another person to disparage them. I get why people lie to protect their own self and public image. It is not a good thing, but to lie to drag down another person's good name and reputation is truly evil. Trump has done so with many people, and fairly recently with Jack Smith, who Trump has called deranged and other derogatory things.

Trump's lies about immigrants to the US is another example of very harmful lies to cast all immigrants (ok- all those who aren't white) as thuggish, corrupt, etc.
