- but I'd almost rather have our Secretary of State handle this.

I don't have much use for Rubio, but he's far smarter than Vance, and unlike Vance, he comes across as capable of talking with someone without actually offending that person within 3 minutes.

("Far smarter than Vance," I acknowledge, isn't a very high bar. I've seen pigeons with more class.)
