The worst part of covid was all the attacks on medical professionals, a community I am somewhat sympathetic to (if for largely self serving reasons like not being able to heal myself with bear fat and rat puke and so on).
At least true where it is not the worst hospitals or corner cases. And I generally like doctors and think nurses are underpaid. But hospital admins are another matter and I am not optimistic about the hospitals where I live as they are being acquired by this sleazy private equity giant Blackstone.
Outright shameful though that Dr. Fauci needed a pardon, especially when all the Epstein associates, including the POTUS, are doing quite well. I felt very sympathetic to Dr.Fauci sans any Stockholm Syndrome. A rare decent public figure. That lab leak and beaglegate shit was a disgrace and so hypocritical given the wide berth society gives to horrors at scale like factory farming and ventilation shutdown. Purely political attacks on scientists who cannot just say what people want to hear. Poor Dr. Fauci.
