17. Not every victim goes to the police

Her then boyfriend encouraged her to but she didn't at the time. There's no rape kit because for a whole lot of reasons victims don't go to the police.

Yes obviously people take those tests, but do you file them away like last year's taxes just in case it's helpful later? Or do you get a new STI test for a new partner and then throw it away because it's not useful to your next partner as evidence?
