He has made himself into Jim Crow's blood brother.
The Supreme Cult of racist radical activist judges legislating from the bench has declared that racism no longer exists in America, so therefore it's perfectly fine for racist states to make racist laws.
The Supreme Cult has ruled that gerrymanders that favor whites in every district are perfectly fine but anything that favors blacks in even one single district is illegal and unconstitutional. Favoring whites is not racist. Excluding blacks from power is not racist and is perfectly fine. And sure enough, within days racist states (where racism no longer exists 
) are already passing racist laws to exclude blacks from power.
John Roberts is Jim Crow's blood brother.
