8. Still failed and if it did pass it would still be repealed

by republicans. They will just justify like they do every other un-poplar piece of legislation they ram through. The voters voted us and therefore gave their trust to us to make these decisions. Voters saying they overwhelming support something is one thing. Wait until the big money gets involved and there is a serious campaign against it. So yes feasibility is an issue. Most of the voters in Florida supported a constitutional amendment giving women the right to choice, but not enough for a constitutional amendment and not enough to not overwhelming vote for the people responsible for having Roe V Wade overturned.
