but at least with regard to Medicaid in California, not that big a deal. The Medicaid or Medi-Cal (as we call it in California) budget is well above 220 billion dollars making the 1.3 billion just a tiny drop in the state Medi-Cal budget.

So no, your Grandma living in California is not going to be kicked out of her home and living in a tent under an overpass so j6er's can live the good life; as much as Vance and others would like to see that happen.
