I know there are a lot of issues with his hair, but a real professional could do an amazing makeover. You just know that some have probably tried and he was so set in his limited ways that he rejected any useful advice.

The same with the clown ties, baggy blue suits, and bronze pancake makeup. He looks in the mirror and he see Adonis. Such a strange, strange man.
