7. TBH what I don't get about all of these fraud cases

aside from the stupid pardon bribery crap...

How is it these people commit $1.6 Billion fraud/theft, but only had to pay some $15 million in fines????? All of that money should come back, not 1/100th of it.

His wife should not have had $1 million or w/e it was to 'contribute' to Trump's Super PAC.

These fraudsters should be left with NOTHING...
