But, they got it out there for the cult who will believe anything they say, so they avoid admitting failure.
The "reaction" theory I saw yesterday is incredibly dumb.
Why would anybody think the reflecting pool is a political resistance target? Answer: Nobody would.
They screwed up & now they are just making stuff up as a CYA measure.
