Pulte is an heir to a construction fortune bigger than than trump could ever gain, legally.

ETA: Reminds me of the Borgias, where one who also was Pope would pick out the rich fellows to back for bishopries, etc., prop up the enterprise with concessions, commissions and what-not. After the nobleman became super wealthy, Borgia would invite them over to the Ballroom for a big dinner and poison them. The Church -- Borgia, in those days -- would receive title to the deceased clerics' lands.

What a system.
