Showing Original Post only (View all)Just another "Christian" shoving their beliefs where they're not welcome [View all]
This is happening in a beautiful, quaint, beach town upnorth Michigan. Long article, but the gist is an extremely wealthy Texan moved there a few years ago, began buying up property, and wants to put a Youth for Christ, or something, clubhouse smack in the middle of the tourist commercial area. The town doesnt want it, and theyre fighting tooth and nail to get their way. Just like Jesus would. I have been going there my whole life, my sister has a home there, and its just heartbreaking.

Insane how anything fascist gets this kind of attention and real democracy doesn't.
