3. Sadly, there was a segment on Morning Joe this morning addressing this and

it was handled very poorly. Several things were said that were unconscionable--essentially attacking Wiener for his own targeting. Scott Wiener was not there to address the mangled revisionist paraphrases of what he actually had said by two of the guests--and it was left to, of all people, famous Boston columnist, Mike Barnicle, to try to "clean it up," with Mika remaining mute.

Ironically, one of those guests is one I had admired in the past on other stories and other issues, but it was disgusting. I won't name either as I don't want to discuss further with anyone who didn't hear what was actually said.
