I have to say that prior Pope Francis made this possible, and now Leo has executed the plan. This Catholic traditionalists, though they would deny it, are made of the same cloth as the Christian Nationalists.

Not just the bishops - anyone who "habitually participates" in the society and "formally shares its positions"
