his attorney should have prevented the indictnent. He could do nothing once grand jury proceedings started.

Also, prior to that there, was not much the defense could do in negotiations to make the arrest charges go away through negotiations or an arraignment. Trimp wants a scapegoat.

So it will have to be the trial that is the defenses best hope.
