being used to try to not see "all persons" for what it really is, ALL persons. It's reminding me of how Trump is trying to cover up his disastrous Reflecting pool renovation by clearly trying to blame pool bystanders for the lousy truck bed liner that was used that's now peeling.
It's also important to remember that the authority that the GOP controlled SCOTUS thinks it has is actually NOT in the constitution. The SCOTUS has taken it in a judicial coup over the last 250 years.
