around my home than in years' past. The fireworks booths open up 7 days before July 4th, and it seems like historically every night lots of fireworks. This week, so far, I've heard very few. And historically, people have driven to other counties to get the mortars and other air-launched fireworks. This year I've not seen much evidence of them. Partly because the police and fire department are really cracking down on those (big fines can be levied).
But I think the main reason is the economy is turning to piles of steaming dog- trump. Those tarriffs, his devastating attacks on tourism, and inflation higher than the people in our local dispensaries are all taking a hit on my beloved Las Vegas.
