like the fact that the U.S. constitution doesn't give the SCOTUS the authority that the SCOTUS has taken over the centuries through a judicial coup. Marbury vs Madison is the 1st example of the SCOTUS judicial coup.

I never said reconsider the case. An actual law could be rightly challenged and reach the Supreme Court.
