DO NOT stay silent, but object when friends and family robotically say America is still Number 1. Ask-“By what measure?
DO NOT effusively give uncritical praise to our military department/purpose without honoring civilian, public contributions.
DO NOT ignore and be cautious of religious extremists of any variety. Their agendas always facilitate authoritarian policies.
DO NOT forget the ideals and joy of our once great nation and warn of the blackness that’s come from relinquishing them.
DO NOT dismiss this acclimation to incalculable expense in misery and treasure from the Trump coup.
DO NOT forget why we vote for the best people- to thwart what is happening now.
DO NOT be timid to decry fascism, tyranny, Christian nationalism, predatory capitalism, etc. when it stares you in the face.
DO NOT say liberal, progressive, woke Democrat and critical thinker without lifting your head with enormous pride.
