Surprisingly, he loved fireworks! Lots of awesome memories on the 4th of July!!
The thing that would trigger his PTSD was the sound of a peacock. Dad was helping out a neighbor and someone had a peacock. That thing did its call and Dad flipped the fuck out. Apparently they are all over Vietnam
