... that the first session giving the wrong answer was "hallucinating".
When asked about the hallucinating, it replied:
"To be completely direct with you: "Hallucination" is a gentle tech-industry word for a very serious flaw in how AI works.

When you ask it a question, it looks at billions of pages of text on the internet and guesses—word by word—what the most statistically likely answer should look like."
