Putin isn't a Communist, and "the old commie fear trope" doesn't work on younger people.

Trump doesn't "love Communists" he loves strong man leaders of whatever ideology.

Don't take the bait. Calls to "get out in front of this Communist label" just gives it legitimacy. Playing dueling labels with the Republicans is a losing strategy. They use labels as a distraction because their political program is deeply unpopular.
