I don't think any of those countries are actually communist, no matter how they may label themselves. North Korea is officially a communist state but is actually a totalitarian hereditary dictatorship guided by its own state ideology. China pretends to be communist but the country operates under a one-party authoritarian political system combined with a largely market-based, capitalist economy. Russia hasn't even pretended to be communist since the breakup of the USSR.

The caption should really say something like"Donald Tramp. Fighting Authoritarian Dictators, ONE HUG AT A TIME!"
