However, three partisan Supreme Court moves ruined America:

1. The "States Rights" loving Supreme Court stepping in and ending tne recount in Florida to give the presidency to W Bush.

2. The Citizens United "Money equals Free Speech" rulimg in 2010 gave our elections to the Epstein Class.

3. The Robert's Court creating Presidential Immunity out of thin air in 2024 so that Trump could not only avoid prosecution, but run for a second term.

In the 21st Supreme Court ceased to be a co-equal branch of government and embraced the Unitary Executive only when a Republican is in power because they are not jurists; they are members of the Heritage Foundation and Federalist Sociey in robes.
