4. Does Congress control the outdoor decoration?

Or is Trump just setting a new low standard for Congress's perfectly legal lack of ability to control decorations?

Are we saying that Congress doesn't have influence in discouraging presidents from hanging pictures of themselves on federal buildings, or for that matter the currency?

Congress needs to be in this conversation. I think the dear leader plastering his own face everywhere is unAmerican. Democrats in control of one or both chambers please ensure that this gets mentioned A LOT.
