The good parts have been borrowed and improved upon by other western democracies and the bad parts curbed, such that it is by no means the standard for a free and equitable society anymore. It is an outdated document that is riddled with holes that enable the monied elite to charge right through them. Anybody that thinks it has any value other than historical is on crack, stupid or deluded.
