17. We have a self-serving man maneuvering for a Junta of Radical Capitalism

We have Phalangism which in some respect is merely rightwing dictatorship by committee. Phalangism has been common in central and south America. Funneling money and perks to members of the regime holds that regime together, and provides Trump an opportunity to fake power thru his domestic and international military excursions. There is no trickle down in Trumpism, only spending on wasteful excesses, gifts to the highest donors to the dictatorship as the regime practices advanced kleptocracy and yields gold spray-painted circuses for the rest of us

Trump Inc has peaked and isn't winning over voters and that should be no surprise History suggests authoritarian rule is very good at alienating itself from their own citizens, and that resentment is a feature that needs to be exploited by the Dems. IMO many Trump voters see they have made the FAFO mistake; educating them to a path of recovery is the task at hand.

Dems and left leaning media shouldn't be hiding the evidence of that Truths need to be told. Independents, trad Rs and even MAGATs can see it hasn't been good. Trumpism's support is collapsing. And Dems need to support that migration. As MAGA and Trumpism bleed supporters those voters need to be moved into liaisons with Dem voters in Democratic efforts to end Trumps reign and erase its damage. My interest isn't criticizing Dems. I'm suggesting trying to work effective approaches to gain independents and traditional conservative votes by 2028 rather than alienating them from what is likely the most important political cause in our history.
