A fresh image of President Donald Trump making the rounds on social media has sparked renewed worries about his well-being, with observers questioning if "something wrong" is affecting him.
The snapshot was posted on X by American media figure Keith Edwards, capturing Trump appearing notably fatigued with a vacant look. Edwards captioned it: "Trump was unaware this picture was being taken. His hand has a visible purple lesion. He's not wearing makeup. He appears feeble, scared, and lost. There's something wrong with the president."

IMHO The real Donald Trump without his business suit, his makeup, and without his daily injection of Pervitin (methamphetamine hydrochloride) developed in Germany in the late 1930s and used by Adolf Hitler to boost alertness, reduce fatigue, and improve morale.
